Price is for all items...the pez dispenser and tin are both Tony Stewart. The monopoly game is complete and actually has an extra pewter playing piece in it. I'm listing as like new condition but obviously monopoly isn't like new. But it's in fair to good condition. Also the shirt says size XL and I'm not sure if it's a girls or womens XL. It looks too small to be a women's to me. If the size of that is making the difference for your purchase lmk and I'll figure it out for you.
